Standard Delivery

Your order will be dispatched the following working day using Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ Service, at the cost of £3.49 which will be applied at checkout.
Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for next day despatch. Terms and conditions apply, see below.This means that most orders will be delivered within two to three working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in Royal Mail services due to strikes or busy periods.

We will dispatch between Mon-Sat (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays).

All orders can be tracked from despatched to delivery, tracking code will be emailed to you.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All orders are despatched subject to us successfully receiving payment. Our estimated delivery dates exclude bank holidays and other public holidays. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated despatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days, or a full refund will be issued.


All items require our prescriber’s approval before we can deliver it to you. Our prescribers may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment or cancel your request on medical grounds.

Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process.

Tracking the Status of your Order

You will have to create an account when placing your order. If you want to check the status of your delivery, click ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’. Once logged in, you can click ‘View my Orders’ to see the status of your order;

– Order received: Confirming that your order has been successfully received and is ready for processing.

– Order being processed: Your order is now being processed and will be despatched shortly.

– Order cancelled: Sadly we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on next steps. You can contact our customer care team via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website.

– Order despatched / Track Parcel: Your order has now been despatched and is on its way to you.


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for safety reasons. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines. If you have unwanted medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
