What is Avanafil?
Avanafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor similar to sildenafil which helps to treat erectile dysfunction. PDE inhibitors function by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme which constricts and reduces the lumen size of blood vessels. This can reduce blood flow. What Dosage is Right for me?
The initial recommended dose for avanafil is 100 mg. Based on individual efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to a maximum dose of 200 mg or decreased to 50 mg. Your prescribed dosage is to be taken as needed. However, you are recommended not to take more than 1Â dose per day. Simply take your recommended approximately 15 to 30 minutes before sexual activity
